The following general conditions of sale govern the offer and sale (together with the documents, including the privacy policy and the general contract conditions) of the products on our website (“edonart.com”). Please read these terms and conditions carefully before ordering any product: in fact, by ordering one of our products, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. The products purchased on edonart.cm are sold directly by EDONART di Gioia Basso (“EDONART”) (hereinafter “Seller” or “We”).

  1. Our company policy

    10. Upon submission of an order form and acceptance of the same by the Seller, the Seller will send a purchase order confirmation by e-mail, containing a summary of the information relating to the order form.
  1. Guarantees and indications of the price of the product.
    1. The seller does not sell second-hand products, defective products or lower quality products than the corresponding market standards.
    2. The main characteristics of the products are shown on edonart.comn on the page of each product. The products offered may not exactly match the real garments in terms of image and colors due to the Internet browser or monitor used.
    3. Prices are subject to change and will be quoted from time to time on our website, except in cases of obvious error.
    4. As a consumer (as defined in section 1.2) you are entitled to various statutory guarantees including a guarantee that the products supplied comply with your contract with us.   1. Payment
    1. The payment of the prices of the products and the related shipping and delivery costs must be made using one of the procedures indicated in the order form. The payment methods accepted on edonart.com are listed below:
      • Bank transfer: Once the order has been completed, the customer must make the bank transfer by filling it in with the data shown above. Upon receipt of the online credit notification, we will send the goods to the address indicated to us.
      • Paypal : Once the order has been completed, the customer can use his Paypal account to make the payment.
      • Debit card / Credit card: Once the order has been completed, the customer can use the credit card or debit card to make the payment (Visa, Mastercard, American Express). Edonart guarantees the highest conditions of safety and reliability.
    2. The price for the purchase of the products and the related shipping and delivery costs will be charged to your bank account upon confirmation of the order.
    3. The Customer commits to pay (when necessary and directly to the courier) VAT and any other tax related to the import of Products in the country of destination of the Product.
  1. Method of transport and shipment of the goods
    1. Delivery times are generally estimated between 4 and 8 weeks depending on the pieces purchased.Once the order is shipped, the customer will receive an e-mail of the shipment with the vehicle number in order to check the delivery status of the goods.
    2. As for shipments to Italy Edonart makes use of Italian couriers or the postal service that guarantee delivery within 72 hours depending on the place and distance to be reached, at certain times of the year (Christmas, Easter and various holidays) Edonart does not guarantee the delivery times indicated. Regarding shipments abroad Edonart will rely on specialized couriers and transport costs may vary depending on the distance to be reached and the type of shipment selected. In all cases the delivery terms indicated are not binding for us. The transport costs will be charged at the time of payment of the order.
    3. Upon delivery of the packages, the customer must make sure that the package has not been damaged, is not broken / ruined, wet and has not been opened except for specific checks communicated by the courier.
    4. Any disputes must be communicated within 12 hours of receipt of the goods, in the absence of them the goods will be delivered correctly. In case of damage due to transport, the customer can:

    7. Orders shipped outside the European Union may be subject to setting duties. Edonart pays duties in advance for all orders shipped to the United States and Canada. Orders shipped outside the EU, the US and Canada may be subject to import taxes.

  1. Returns
    1. All our shipments are inspected and checked before they are shipped. We recognize the right of withdrawal as provided by the current legislation Legislative Decree n. 185 of 22/05/1999. The deadline for making use of this right is 10 days from receipt of the goods. This right consists in the right to return the purchased goods to the seller and in the consequent refund within 30 days. Shipping and return costs are not refundable.

In the email it is necessary to indicate the details of a bank account including IBAN and BIC and any information necessary to proceed with the payment. 

To exercise the right of withdrawal it is necessary that:

  1. the Consumer expresses his will to exercise the right of withdrawal in the manner described above;
  2. the purchased good is intact and returned in its original packaging, complete in all its parts, which has never been used and which is not damaged;
  3. the product is returned in the times and in the manner described above.

Return costs are borne by the Consumer himself. Once we have received the goods it will be carefully examined and checked to verify that point 2 above has been respected. After checking the integrity of the asset, we will re-credit the amount paid by bank transfer to the current account communicated by you. The refund will be made net of the shipping costs incurred by Edonart and communicated on the invoice. The refund will be made within 20 working days and you will receive a bank transfer email.

We leave it to you to choose your own carrier. Please ensure that the package arrives directly at our offices and not at the Relay Point, in which case your return will unfortunately not be processed.

We advise you to keep proof of deposit of packages provided by your carrier. In case of absence of this one no refund can be made if there is a loss of parcel.

 N.B. Many of the items sold on www.edonart.com are made especially for you after you place your order. The Vendor generally accepst returns in many in-stock items.

No returns or exchanges will be accepted on the following items, excetions are indicated on each product page.

Sales of the following items are considered final:

  • Customizable (tag in the Shop)
  • Made to Order items (IMPORTANT NOTES)

If you prefer you can get a credit note (voucher available for 1 year in the entire items on our website) instead of a refund, please tell us when asking for the return. With the credit note you will receive a 5% discount to use together with the voucher.

  1. The general conditions of sale may be changed from time to time due to new laws and regulations or other reasons. The new general conditions of sale will be effective from the date of publication on edonart.com and will apply to orders sent after that date.
  2. Due to the pandemic of Covid-19 Edonart, as official reseller of the brands in the store, reserves the right to change the delivery window.
